Understand and align
When teams don’t share the same understanding of the problem.
- Map customer journeys and service ecosystems
- Surface friction, gaps, and dependencies
- Build a shared view across teams and stakeholders
I help organisations make sense of complexity, align teams, and translate strategy into clear, actionable service and product directions.
I partner with organisations navigating complex service environments, helping teams understand challenges, align stakeholders and shape services that connect customer needs with operational and business realities.
When teams don’t share the same understanding of the problem.
When everything feels important and decision-making stalls.
When strategy exists but is difficult to implement or adopt.
In Australia, I have worked with Tier 1 organisations as well as selected Tier 2 clients. Previously, across Latin America, I collaborated with global organisations.
My portfolio includes selected work across banking, digital engagement and service transformation. Because it contains confidential client work, it is shared on request only.
My approach combines three complementary strengths: research, structured thinking, and visual reasoning. Together, they help me turn ambiguity into insight, shape clearer directions, and make complex information easier for teams to understand, discuss, and use in practice.
I understand problems in depth, looking beyond surface-level symptoms to uncover the dynamics shaping customer experiences, organisational decisions, and service realities.
I use frameworks, sequencing, and conceptual models to work through ambiguity, define clearer paths forward, and support more confident decision-making.
I translate complexity into visual forms that make information easier to understand, discuss, and use in practice across teams.
Writing and speaking are part of my professional practice, and teaching and research have been an important part of my professional trajectory. I have published articles and essays mainly in Spanish in indexed journals and edited books, and have presented at conferences such as UX Australia.

I am a Melbourne-based service design and strategy consultant with more than 15 years of experience working across Latin America and Australia.
My work focuses on complex environments where services span multiple channels, teams, and systems — situations where clarity, alignment, and strategic direction are essential.
With a background in graphic design, research, teaching, and consulting, I bring together analytical depth and visual precision to understand how services actually operate, and to make that complexity usable for teams.
If you are exploring how to improve a service, align teams around customer experience, or shape a strategic direction for complex organisations, I’d be happy to connect.
